I lead without leaving the work. The bar I hold a team to is one I can hold myself to — in a critique, in a prototype, in a pitch to leadership. Leaders who stop making lose the language of the people they manage.
AI-native, not AI-curious
AI isn't a side interest. It's reshaping how design organisations operate, and I treat it like infrastructure — skill packs, capability models, prototyping arenas, governance. The teams I lead don't just use AI; they're being rebuilt around what it makes newly possible.
Strategy that ships
I don't believe in strategy decks that don't land in product, or craft that doesn't ladder to a number. I work across both altitudes — framing the bet, drawing the principle, shipping the artifact — and hold them accountable to the same outcomes.
